General policies
  • Guest who book the property is deemed to have read and agreed to the house rules, general policies of the property, expectations and other information outlined.
  • Guest are required to provide a Government issued ID-passport copy for international guests and drivers licence for guests within Australia when making the booking
  • Guests are required to provide a confirmed phone number, email address, next of kin at the time of booking
  • Guest need to provide details of the total number of guest, gender and ages when making the booking
  • Total charges for the duration of the booking are to be made at the time of reservation/booking
  • A damage deposit of $500 will be charged at the time of booking, which will be returned within 10 days after check out, subject to any damages to the property
  • Holiday home has the right to cancel any bookings for negative reviews, any other form of misconduct etc
  • Payment can be made via  Airbnb,  bank transfer,  cash
  • Please advise tentative check in and check out time at the time of booking, to be confirmed 10 days prior to check in, however we can consider special requests
  • Security cameras have been installed outside the house, at the front and back of the house
  • Holiday home is committed to the maintaining privacy and protection of the personal information of guest

Cancellation policy
  • No shows will be charged full price
  • Full refund for cancellation within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away
  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in
  • No refunds for cancellation made within 7 days of check-in

  • Bank transfer to holiday home
Check In/check Out timings
  • Check In 4.30 – 8pm
  • Check Out 1.30 – 2pm
  • Check in/check out can be flexible with prior approval, please advise at the time of booking
Check in instructions/Property access

Our host will meet and greet you at the property, give you a tour around the property and answer any questions you might have. Alternatively one of the below options will be advised following booking

  • Pick up key from different location
  • Pedestrian gate will be kept unlocked, open it and find a lock box and make sure the pedestrian gate is locked after you find the keys in the lock box
