Option 1 – Main house
- Exclusive access to the main house, all common indoor/outdoor areas and facilities including swimming pool(excluding the studio).
- Studio and house can be booked together or separately depending on your accommodation needs.
- This property has disability access with grab rails in the bathroom.

Cancellation policy
- No shows will be charged full price
- Full refund for cancellation within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in
- No refunds for cancellation made within 7 days of check-in
Check In/check Out timings
- Check In 4.30 pm – 8 pm
- Check Out 12pm
- Check in/check out can be flexible with prior approval, please advise at the time of booking
Check in instructions/Property access
Our host will meet and greet you at the property, give you a tour around the property and answer any questions you might have. Alternatively one of the below options will be advised following booking
- Pick up key from different location
- Pedestrian gate will be kept unlocked, open it and find a lock box and make sure the pedestrian gate is locked after you find the keys in the lock box

- 1 day advance notice required by the Host
- Same day flexible with prior approval – send request
